Year   1985 Centuryan Services Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong through a joint venture between the preeminent property support services group from U.K., OCS Group, and the Hong Kong based Fung Ping Fan Group. 1987 Centuryan Services Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCS Group U.K. as Fung Ping Fan Group sold its shares to OCS. 1995 Through a management buy-out agreement, Miss. Catherine Yan, the Managing Director of Centuryan, took over from OCS Group all the shares and right of control of Centuryan Services Limited. 2001 Centuryan Environmental Services Group Limited was incorporated as the holding company of the Centuryan Group, under whose umbrella the trading companies – Centuryan Services Limited and other subsidiary companies - operate in their own specialist areas of services. 2010 The Centuryan Group celebrated its 25th anniversary and continues to expand its business.
