Training

Staff at all levels receive induction training in the company philosophy and requirements.  By far the most intensive areas of training is for front line operational personnel.  All these staff are shown correct and safe methods of working including the full range of consumables and equipment.

 

Supervisors and Managers undergo mandatory technical and management training whilst middle and senior Management attend internal and external courses on Leadership, Finance and General Management skills, etc. In addition to our in-house training, we also arrange for various manufacturers to provide training to our staff on a regular basis to update our mechanical know-how and encourage our staff for self-enhancement through attending courses of “Skills Upgrading Scheme” provided by the Vocational Training Centre.
